We source our beef from a select few angus programs that we have found to be the most consistent in quality, marbling, and tenderness. We carry Upper Choice and Prime Angus, Akaushi, and Wagyu beef. We also carry All Natural Chicken and Pork.
We have a huge selection of house-made products including sausages, fajitas, dried products, side dishes, and much more. We also make many specialty items including a wide variety of jalapeno poppers, bacon wrapped products, stuffed chicken and quail, and much more. We also make the Alsatian favorite, Parisa.
