Shipping policy

We ship via UPS on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to avoid packages being held up over
the weekend. Orders placed after Wednesday will be shipped out the following week. We do
not guarantee same day shipping. UPS only delivers to physical addresses, NO PO BOXES. If you
need to expedite an order, please call us at 210-376-0774. Packages are shipped with “No
Signature Required” and will be left outside the destination. Please make sure someone is
expecting the package. Orders that are properly packaged and shipped are not our
responsibility.

All fresh meat products will be vacuum sealed and frozen before shipping and packed in a
Styrofoam shipping cooler which will be added to your cart at checkout. Products can arrive
frozen or thawed, but still cold. Products that arrive thawed but still cold to the touch can be
refrozen or used within 3-5 days. Dried products don’t need to be refrigerated. We
recommend storing dried products in the refrigerator for freshness or freezing if you are not
planning on eating for an extended period.
We can ship any of our in store items that are not on our online store. Please call us to place an
order for any items not on our online store or for custom orders. Holiday orders should be
placed as early as possible due to the high volume around the holidays. Please call us for
custom gift boxes or corporate gifts.

Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of the product, Schott’s Meat Market does not accept returns. Orders
properly packaged and shipped are not our responsibility. The customer is responsible for receiving the
package from UPS. Please make sure someone is expecting the package to be delivered. If you have any
