One year of living in San Antonio TX, I have discovered a wonderful meat market. A nice drive to Bandera from Helotes aka San Antonio. So far, I have not gone wrong here. Keep up the great work.

Akaushi jerky is the best jerky I've had. Before moving from Hawaii, we would have the jerky, dry chorizo, dry sausage, and beef sticks shipped to us. Schott's Meat Market made our decision to move to San Antonio that much easier. Thank you Beau and company!
