Wild Game Processing
Wild game processing is how we started our company and is what got us to where we are today. Even though we don’t have the facility or capacity we used to, that does not change the care and time we put into processing each animal. Here at Schott’s Meat Market, we process each animal as if we were going to put it in our families’ freezer. We take great pride in providing the best quality products from your animal. We use only premium pork and beef for our sausages and grinds. All orders are vacuum sealed and stacked neatly for maximum shelf life and easy stacking in your freezer. All of our wild game processing is done at our Alamo Ranch location on Culebra Road. All animals must be skinned and quartered prior to drop off. We do not have the cooler storage we used to have since we moved. Drop offs are at the loading dock located at the back corner of the building. When you arrive for drop offs, please call 210-376-0774 or ring the doorbell at the loading dock. We process year round and can handle any of your processing needs. If you are looking for a great place to take care of your game, don’t be fooled by the imitators, come to the Real Schott’s Meat Market.
